Hodges partnered with a luxury Melbourne builder to sell six townhouses in southern Brighton.
The target demographic was domestic down-sizers aged 50 to 70 years old, with budgets of around $1.8 to $2 million. The expectation from the client was to produce collateral that would allow them to obtain two pre-sales to begin the development.
The brochures and marketing collateral for ‘Meridiem Brighton’ was designed to not only promote the development, but also the developer and builder. The aim was to ensure buyers felt safe in the knowledge that the development was being constructed by a reputable company.
For this specific project we chose the name of the project, designed the logo and created the collateral consisting of brochure, floor plans, specification brochures, hoarding and drop campaigns for the local area.
